Now they asked us if the product  is this much flexible please add the functionality of  being able to save the forms with other names too for future uses.

So Hrms was a good experience for us. On technical note it is the blend of Flex Development with dotnet and xslt which makes this project a success and above all this, the form editor also looks beautiful.

This application is a perfect blend of Integration of flex, LAMP(linux apache mysql and php) and Asterisk framework.

There were three part of project

1. Front end to show advertisments on every building of the shopping village
2. Ad Manager Module to place adds properly on proper building using drag-drop
3. reporting in flex data grid

One can travel the entire village by sitting in a balloon which actually gives you a complete 3d experience like blown away with a sudden wind up and down effect etc.To achieve this 3d effect we have used papervision component.We used Caringorm framework for MVC model
